Presenter of opportunity
Every opportunity that we present to our candidates will be qualified and fully researched. We provide the guidance you need to discover the culture, workings and background of our clients organisation enabling you to make the right, informed decision. Making an informed decision GGR has a strict approach policy when head hunting candidates. We will not under any circumstances discuss the details of a position whilst you are at work. We ask for a convenient time, a time when you are away from work. We identify your suitability for the position and outline in full the opportunity to you. Once done we will send you over a candidate brochure. This provides confirmation of the details spoken about and gives you time to think about the opportunity. At this point the account manager will request 2 things: 1. Your CV, this will allow us to prepare for our face to face meeting and give a better understanding of your career history and 2. a face to face meeting to discuss the position in more detail. We never discuss more than one position with a candidate at one time as we would not dream of putting our clients in competition with each other. Keep an Open Mind Every candidate is different with very unique needs and desires, particularly when it comes to their careers. We keep an open mind and listen to what they ask and if realistic, we deliver. Similarly, we ask our candidates to keep an open mind, you never know when an opportunity may present itself and if you don't listen, you wont know! Referrals The vast majority of our business works on a referral basis, meaning the candidates we work with are referred to us by trusted sources. The relationship we have with our clients and candidates alike are the foundation and cornerstone of our business. We work on a no-name policy when it comes to who referred a candidate, as such a large part of our business relays on this and we want candidates and clients to feel comfortable when making referrals |
